Current verification model
Worker ID review currently uses the profile NIC number and verification status. There is no separate uploaded ID document table in the database yet.
Worker role and verification status are reviewed before full marketplace access.
NIC numbers are stored on profiles for manual verification review.
Verified workers are prioritized for customer discovery and proposal access.
Profile controls can approve, reject, update, or remove marketplace profiles.
Manual review
Pending workers can be inspected before granting verified status.
Role control
Customer, worker, and operator roles can be adjusted by authorized staff.
Operational audit
Profiles retain status, ratings, completed jobs, and created dates for review.
Need photo ID uploads later?
The backend needs a new storage/table workflow for document files.
